BRIEF BIO OF DAMIEN

Damien is currently living and working in Boston as director of product for a cybersecurity company.

Originally from Northern California, Damien spent preschool, kindergarten and high school in Germany before moving to Los Angeles for college and staying in California for work before a two year working stint in Australia from 2019 to 2021. He came to Boston for graduate school at MIT (graduated in June 2023).

Originally a semi-professional soccer player, Damien rekindled his love for running moving to the east coast, completing the Boston Marathon in 2022, along with six half marathons and a podium finish at the MR8K last October in the Seaport. He’s thrilled to represent the Hopkinton Lions Club and has volunteered for service organizations, beginning with house-building in Mexico in middle school through volunteering and shelters in South Boston in graduate school.

He is the third of four kids and second of three boys (so officially the family’s only middle child  [😊]  ). Also a huge fan of Star Wars, and volunteering time to service regularly.
 

DAMIEN LEWKE OF BOSTON WILL BE RUNNING THE 2024 BOSTON MARATHON

The Hopkinton Lions Club is pleased to be working with Damien Lewke, of Boston, who will be running the 2024 Boston Marathon.  Damien is currently working to generate $6000 in contributions to help the Hopkinton Lions Club with our upcoming charitable activities.  The Hopkinton Lions are a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, Fed ID: 51-0151025.
